Over a 2.5hr group session, Natalia will teach you the advanced technique of Vedic Rounding that combines simple yoga asanas, breathwork and meditation to powerful effect.
Rounding provides an immediate sense of expansion and, once learned, can be used as an optional addition to your daily meditation practice when you want to supercharge it.
Anyone who has learned Vedic Meditation, regardless of how long, or how often, you have been practicing can learn how to round.
Yoga mats will be provided.
